  • The Referral Bonus is dependent on the job and listed on the webpage.
  • The Employee Referral Bonus will be paid in two increments, 50% off the reward subject to applicable tax withholding after your referral has completed 30 days, and 50% of the reward subject to applicable tax withholding 90 days after your referral stays employed in good standing.
  • If your referral is terminated or voluntarily leaves during the 30/90 day period, the bonus will become void and non-payable.
  • In addition to the 30/90 day requirement, payments will be processed on the following pay period.
  • The employee receiving the bonus must be active on date of payout and will not receive payment if is he/she leaves with or without cause in advance of their referral meeting the 30/90 day requirement.
  • The referrals must be submitted before the candidate is hired in order to be eligible for the referral bonus.
  • An employee’s referral does not constitute an application. The candidate must still complete their own application to be considered for a position.
  • Any members of Management are not eligible for the referral bonus.
  • Former employees, temporary workers, or contractors are not eligible for submission to our employee referral program.
  • Internal candidates are not eligible for submission to our employee referral program.
  • Questions and final decisions regarding the eligibility for a referral bonus will be decided by Management.

Frazer Excavation Ltd. is a civil contractor formed in 1995 with operations based out of Maple Ridge, British Columbia. Our company provides service in all aspects of earthworks, utilities, road works, onsite servicing, wood grinding and excavation.

We currently have an opening for the position of Junior Project Coordinator, based out of our office in Downtown Maple Ridge.

This is a fulltime multi-faceted position with the main responsibilities being:

  • Preparing and assisting with pre-job meetings
  • Coordinating project activities among clients, contractors, suppliers, associates and team members
  • Compile and execute purchase orders under the direction of the Project Manager/Superintendent
  • Assisting with obtaining quotes from subcontractors
  • Working to obtain necessary permits as requested by the Project Manager
  • Ensuring insurance is valid and up to date
  • Collecting daily reports, weekly project pictures and safety documentation. Review for completeness and include in project documentation
  • Collecting and analyzing project data

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, ABILITY AND SKILLS:

Job Title: Truck Driver

Reports To: Dispatcher / Supervisor

Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Dispatcher / Supervisor, the Truck Driver is responsible for picking up and delivering materials to job sites as scheduled and in accordance with all safety regulations and consistently providing professional service at all times.

Can Ridge Industries has a ZERO tolerance policy regarding drugs and alcohol, and undertakes testing as allowed by law and pursuant to its Drug and Alcohol Policy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Training to become a mobile crane operator
  • Daily inspection of crane and rigging gear
  • Daily inspection of tractor
  • Project planning and execution
  • Working independently and as part of a team
  • Transportation of materials and equipment to various sites throughout the Lower Mainland

Qualifications:

  • Valid Class 1 driver’s license
  • 2+ years’ experience in the construction industry
  • 3+ years’ driving experience

Requirements:

  • Willingness to train into a role as Mobile Crane Operator
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organized, punctual and dependable
